摘  要:红枣原产于中国大陆,现在世界各地均有分布。新疆红枣新疆红枣果粒硕大,品质优良,是当地具有特色的林果产品。但是,新疆干旱严重,土壤贫瘠,严重影响枣树的生长发育和枣果产量。丛枝菌根真菌(AM真菌)与红枣根系有较强的亲和力,形成菌根后可促进枣苗生长、改善枣苗营养、提高水分利用和增强抗病性。在生产实践中,苗床接种AM真菌,生产菌根枣苗有益于提高红枣产量品质。Ziziphus jujube Mill. originated in Chinese mainland and now widely distributes in the world. Ziziphus jujube Mill. in Xinjiang, as a local characteristic fruit, is large in fruit and good in quality. However, Xinjiang is pronounced in dry weather and poor soils, which inhibited the growth of Z. jujube trees and decreased the fruit yields. Arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi (AM fungi) has high affinity with Z. jujube tree roots and following formation of root-fungus associations, the fungi could promote the host growth, improve the nutrition, and increase water use efficiency and disease assistances. Therefore, inoculation of AM fungi in nursery beds of Z. jujube seedlings could be beneficial to increase the fruit yields and improve qualities in Z. jujube cultivation practices.
