提高科研院所大型仪器设备管理水平的思考

摘　　要：大型仪器设备是从事科学基础研究的重要手段,提高科研院所大型仪器设备管理水平对充分发挥仪器设备使用效率至关重要。本文结合工作实际,针对目前我国科研院所大型仪器设备管理中存在的问题进行分析,对如何提高大型仪器设备管理水平和提高使用效益进行思考;提出了应通过明确仪器设备管理职责、完善管理制度、建立仪器设备共享平台、建立奖惩机制等方法来提高大型仪器设备的利用率,合理优化资源配置,提升大型仪器设备在我国科研院所的科技创新能力。Large-scale Instruments and Equipment are important means for scientific research,and improvement of the equipment management level is essential for enhancing the efficiency of equipment. This article,based on the works,analyzes the problem of management in large-scale instruments and equipment in scientific research institutions,and considers how to improve the level of large-scale instruments and equipment management. Then it gives the advises that we should clarfy equipment management responsibility,perfect the management system,establish equipment sharing platform,and establish rewards and punishment mechanism. Those can improve the efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment,and optimize the allocation of resources for enhancing the technological innovation ability. This paper presents to share measures and results of the Chinese academy of tropical agriculture in order to increase the rate of instruments and equipment. Strengthening the management of instruments and equipment is an important guarantee to improve science and technology innovation ability and social service ability.
