摘　　要：为探索高效、优质大型设备开放式平台的构建,在分析了当前高校大型设备使用的现状与存在的问题,总结了同济医学院细胞工程中心流式细胞仪平台多年的管理和运行经验,概括起来为:统一规划、相对集中、开放共享,依托学科、专人负责,有偿使用、多劳多得。该管理与运行模式能较好地避免大型设备重复购置,提高大型设备的使用效率,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。To establish high-efficiency,high-quality management and operation mode for open platform of large-scale equipment,this study analyzed the current state and problems in the operation of large-scale equipment of Chinese universities,and summarized management and operation experience of flow cytometry in cell engineering centre of Tongji Mdeical College. The management and operation mode could be summarized as： unified planning, relative concentrating,resource opening and sharing,relying on the subjects,particular person assigned,payment depending on work. This mode avoided repeating purchase,enhanced service efficiency of the large-scale equipment,and achieved good economic benefits and social benefits.
