多效唑对矮牵牛穴盘苗生长的影响

摘　　要：以矮牵牛穴盘苗为试验材料,研究了不同浓度多效唑处理对矮牵牛穴盘苗生长的影响。结果表明,矮牵牛穴盘苗的生长高度受到抑制,全株干重有所下降,叶绿素含量及根冠比在20~80 mg/L处理范围内表现为增加,处理的最佳浓度为60 mg/L。The experiment was conducted to discuss the influence of different concentration ratio Paclobutrazol on the growth of Petunia Plug Seedling. The results are as follows： Paclobutrazol could control the height of Plug Seedling Petunia effectively, whole plant decreased, and the chlorophyll content and top root ratio increased with Paclobutrazol treated between 20mg/1 to 80mg/l, the optimal concentration of treatment was 60mg/L.
