摘　　要：黄庭坚追随苏轼以诗为词,有以下特点及缺失:情感特质上缺乏词心;语言修辞及比兴手法上,生新出奇,尚理少意兴;风格意境上,倔强峭拔。但黄词也有独创之处,后被姜夔继承并发展,黄庭坚的硬峭到了姜夔手中,词味就全部出来了。Huang Tingjian going after Su Shi Yi Shi Wei Ci has the following characteristics and deficiencies： lack of Ci Xin in the emotional traits; new and strange in the rhetoric, less enthusiasm in the artistry; unyielding and vigorous in the style. But he also has original yellow place, later Jiang Kui remedying the deficiencies and carrying forward the merits, develops a unique aesthetic style.
