摘　　要：流延成型是一种能够获得高质量陶瓷基片的方法,在微电子领域和材料领域得到广泛应用。通过改进实验装置,合理安排实验内容,将流延成型实验引入大学物理实验教学中,激发学生对物理实验的积极性。在实验中注重锻炼学生创新思维,从而培养学生的创新能力和创新精神。Tape casting is widely applied in the field of micro-electronics and materials science, which can fabricate ceramic substrates of high quality. Tape casting is introduced in physics experiment teaching by reforming experiment, equipment and arranging reasonable experiment content, which resulted in stimulating the initiative of students about physics experiment. The functions of creative thinking in experiment teaching must be emphasized so as to cultivate the students＇innovation ability and the innovation spirit.
