摘　　要：目的:探讨成纤维细胞活化蛋白在乳腺癌中表达的临床病理意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测乳腺癌和正常乳腺组织中成纤维细胞活化蛋白的表达,分析蛋白表达与临床指标的相关性。结果:α-FAP在50例正常乳腺组织和良性增生性病变中的阳性表达率为10.0%(5/50),在220例浸润性导管癌中的阳性表达率为31.8%(70/220),两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。α-FAP阳性率与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿块大小、淋巴结转移、分期无显著性相关,但与患者病死率有密切相关(P=0.01)。α-FAP表达可影响乳腺癌的生存,α-FAP阴性患者生存期显著长于α-FAP阳性患者(P=0.002)。结论:乳腺癌中α-FAP表达与乳腺癌的发生、演进、预后相关,α-FAP表达提示乳腺癌预后差。Objective：To investigate the clinical pathological significance of fibroblast activation protein expression in breast cancer.Methods：Expression of fibroblast activation protein was detected by immunohistochemical technique in breast cancer and normal breast tissues,with analysis of relation protein expression to clinical indexes.Results：Theα-FAP positive rate in 50 cases of normal breast and benign hyperplasia was 10.0%（5/50）,theα-FAP positive rate in 220 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma was 31.8%（70/220）,there was significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.The positive rate ofα-FAP in patients had no significant correlation to age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,stage,but were closely related to the mortality of patients（P=0.01）.α-FAP expression could affect breast cancer survival,the survival period of patients withα-FAP negative patients were significantly longer than that ofα-FAP positive patients（P=0.002）.Conclusion：α-FAP expression in breast cancer is related to development,progression and prognosis,andα-FAP high expression suggests poor prognosis of breast cancer.
