Survivin在腺性膀胱炎与膀胱腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在腺性膀胱炎与膀胱腺癌中的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测20例腺性膀胱炎、31例膀胱腺癌和10例正常膀胱组织标本中Survivin的表达情况。结果:20例腺性膀胱炎标本中Survivin阳性表达率45.00%;31例膀胱腺癌标本中Survivin阳性率70.97%;10例正常膀胱组织中Survivin表达均为阴性。膀胱腺癌GⅠ、GⅡ级组中Survivin阳性表达率为55.56%,GⅢ级组中阳性率为92.31%,两组比较P<0.05。结论:从病理学角度支持腺性膀胱炎是正常膀胱组织向膀胱癌发展的一个中间阶段,Survivin可考虑作为诊断早期膀胱腺癌的敏感指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin in glandular cystitis and bladder adenocarcinoma situation.Methods：The expression of Survivin in 20 cases of glandular cystitis,31 cases of bladder adenocarcinoma and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue were detected by Immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results：In 20 cases of glandular cystitis tissue,the positive expression rate of Survivin was 45.00%,in 31 cases of bladder adenocarcinoma tissue,the positive rate of Survivin was 70.97%.The expression of Survivin in 10 cases of normal bladder tissue were negative.In samples of bladder adenocarcinoma GⅠ,GⅡ grade groups,the positive expression rate of Survivin was 55.56%;GⅢ grade group,the positive expression rate of Survivin was 92.31%（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：From the pathological point of view,glandular cystitis is an intermediate stage of development of normal bladder tissue to bladder adenocarcinoma.Survivin can be considered as a sensitive diagnostic indicator of early bladder adenocarcinoma.
