摘　　要：目的:探讨同事支持系统建设对普外科护士心理状况的影响。方法:在普通外科护理人员中进行同事支持系统建设,通过3阶段的实施,采用SCL-90量表观察建设前后护士心理状态改变情况。结果:同事支持系统建设后护士心理状况得到明显改善,建设前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:同事支持系统建设有利于改善普外科护士的心理状况,促进护士身心健康。Objective：To explore the effects of colleagues support system construction on general surgery nurses psychological status.Methods：In general surgery,nursing colleagues support system construction were carried out through the implementation of 3stages.The nurses psychological status change were observed before and after the construction by SCL-90 scale.Results：The mental state of nurses was obviously improved after the nurse colleague support system construction.The difference before and after the construction was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Colleagues support system construction can improve the psychological status,promote the physical and mental health of general surgery nurses.
