远航舰艇官兵口腔细菌学变化的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨远航舰艇官兵执行任务前、中、后期口腔细菌学的变化,为舰艇官兵口腔疾病和其他疾病的防治提供依据。方法用无菌采样拭子采集口腔颊黏膜标本150份,进行细菌培养和分纯,取纯培养细菌进行基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF-MS)鉴定。结果从150份口腔颊黏膜标本分离出病原菌18种64株,主要病原菌有金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和阴沟肠杆菌;分离出栖居菌18种339株,主要有卡他布兰汉菌、口腔链球菌和表皮葡萄球菌。任务后期与前期比较,病原菌数量增加,栖居菌数量减少。机电组与医疗组比较,任务前、中、后期病原菌检出数之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),栖居菌检出数之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舰艇官兵长时间海上航行,容易发生疲劳,导致口腔菌群发生改变,易引发口腔及其他疾病。Objective To investigate the oral bacteriological changes of military personnel on naval vessels in the early,middle and late period of mission,and provide them basis to prevent oral diseases and other diseases.Methods 150 samples of oral mucous were collected by swabs,after culture and separation,bacteria were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry（MALDI-TOF-MS）.Results 64 pathogenic bacteria of 18 kinds were isolated from buccal mucosa specimens.The main pathogenic bacteria included Staphylococcus aureus,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter cloacae.339 dwelling bacteria of 18 kinds were isolated from buccal mucosa specimens.The main dwelling bacteria included Branhamella catarrhalis,Streptococus oralis and Staphylococcus epidermidis.Compared with the early period of mission,pathogens increased and dwelling bacteria reduced.Additionally,the comparison of pathogenic bacteria detection number between electromechanical group and medical group was statistically significant in the early,middle and late period of mission（P 0.05）,while dwelling bacteria detection number had no significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Long sea voyages resulted in the change of oral flora,and thus easily lead to oral and other diseases.
