摘　　要：利用三级医院住院患者病案信息,建立适用于宁夏三级医院住院病人的病例组合模型,并对分组结果进行验证,探讨疾病诊断相关分组对住院费用解释的效果。在样本地区推行病例诊断分组,需加强诊断分类的标准化和医院信息化建设。Use inpatient medical record information of tertiary hospitals, and to establish a suitable inpatient case mix model of tertiary hospitals in Ningxia. And verify the results and discuss the effects of diagnosis-related groups on explaining hospital costs. Implementation of grouping cases diagnosed in sample areas, and it should be strengthen the standardization of diagnostic classification and construction of hospital information.
