摘  要:根据森林食品产地环境通用要求标准(LY/T1678-2006),对33个受重金属污染的毛竹林地土壤中镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)及其冬笋中镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)的含量进行检测,并对生长在土壤重金属含量不同地块的毛竹冬笋样本进行了重金属含量差异性分析.结果表明:毛竹冬笋之间重金属含量的差异性F值均小于F0.05 =3.3158,差异性不显著,未随土壤中重金属含量的增加而增加,或者减少而减少,只有一定限度的影响.即使是生长在产地环境达到通用要求标准地上的毛竹,也还存在有15%~17%的冬笋超标.可见土壤中重金属含量对毛竹冬笋中重金属含量仅有一定程度的影响,但决定毛竹冬笋中重金属含量的主要因素是毛竹本身的生理特性。Based on the environmental general standard for forest food( LY/T1678 - 2006). The content of Cd, Pb, Zn, Cu of 33 soil samples was polluted by heavy metals and the Cd, Pb content in winter bamboo shoots were tested. The heavy metal content of Phyllostachys pubescons and winter bamboo shoots samples were vaniance analysed which gnow in different cotent of heavy metals soil. Due to F 〈 F0.05 = 3. 3158, it shows that there were no significantly differents in winter bamboo shoots. There are still exceed with 15% - 17% even if in the environmental general standard. This paper provide reference for food safety of winter shoots in Phyllostachys pubescens forests. So, heavy metals in the soil has a certain effect to the winter bamboo shoots. However, it shows that from the heavy metal content testing in winter bamboo shoots, the physiological characteristics of Phyllostachys pubescens was the decision action factor to rather than the soil where the bamboo shoots grows.
