摘　　要：首先基于近年来中国公民科学素养调查数据从公众科学知识、科学方法、科学与社会关系的认识三个角度对公民科学素质的现状进行了分析,然后从教育体制、媒体作用与监督、社会文化与经济形势、科普工作建设等角度揭示了公民科学素养体系构建中存在的问题,最后针对性的提出了相应对策。Firstly,based on recent scientific literacy of Chinese citizens survey data from three angles public understanding of scientific knowledge,scientific method,science and social relations of the status of civic scientific literacy were analyzed,and then from the education system,the media and the role of supervision,social and cultural and economic situation,the angle of science work building civic scientific literacy reveals problems in system construction,and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures targeted.
