摘　　要：胸苷激酶1(TK1)是DNA合成过程中的关键酶之一,作为细胞增殖动力学标志,其在正常细胞周期中的浓度变化与在肿瘤细胞周期中的浓度变化存在差异。研究表明,胸苷激酶1(TK1)与增殖病变进程、肿瘤分期、肿瘤预后因子等众多肿瘤信息存在相关性,因此血清胸苷激酶1检测在临床应用及体检应用方面具有广阔前景。Thymidine kinase 1（ TK1） is one of the key enzymes in the process of DNA synthesis,as a marker of cell proliferation dynamics,there are differences in the normal cell cycle and tumor cell cycle. Study,thymidine kinase- 1（ TK1） was correlation in pathological changes of breeding process,tumor stage,tumor prognostic factor and so on,so the serum thymidine kinase 1 detection has broad prospects in clinical application and medical applications.
