摘　　要：核因子-E2相关因子2（Nrf2）是细胞氧化应激反应中的关键因子,它通过与抗氧化反应元件（A RE）相互作用启动下游抗氧化应激酶和Ⅱ相解毒酶基因表达.Nrf2具有抗炎、免疫抑制、抗凋亡、神经保护等多种作用,与眼底疾病,如年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜缺血缺氧性病变密切相关.本文就Nrf2在眼底病中的研究现况与进展进行综述.Nuclear factor-E2-related factor 2 （Nrf2） plays a critical role in the regulation of cellular redox status.It induces the expression of antioxidant enzymes and phase 2 by binding to the antioxidant response element （ARE） in the promoter region of the genes.Nrf2 may present anti-inflammation,immunodepression,antiapoptosis and neuroprotection effects when cell redox status is out of balance.It participates in the pathogenesis and development of many ocular fundus diseases,such as age-related macular degeneration,diabetic retinopathy and ischemic-hypoxic retinopathy.This review focuses on the current study and progress in Nrf2 and ocular fundus diseases.
