摘 要:目的评价标准化病例(SC)对护生临床综合能力测评的有效性。方法随机选取120名实习护生,对其临床综合能力进行SC测评;然后聘请实习生所在科室的护士长及带教老师分别对护生的临床综合能力给予测评,将该测评结果与SC的结果进行比较,分析他们的相关性。结果对于临床护生综合能力的评定,SC测评与护理长及带教老师的评定在总分、专业能力和方法能力方面具有高度相关性(r=0.557-0.803,P〈0.05),但在社会能力方面两者不相关(r=0.026及0.051,P〉0.05)。结论 SC对于护生临床综合能力特别是专业能力和方法能力的测评准确、有效,但对于社会能力的评价尚需改进。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of standardized cases( SC) in the measurement of the nursing students 'clinical comprehensive ability. Methods A total of 120 nursing interns were selected randomly to assess their clinical comprehensive ability by SC method. Then the head nurse and the nursing student' teacher were asked to give an objective evaluation on the nursing students' clinical comprehensive ability,respectively. The two kinds of results were compared with the SC results,and their correlations were analyzed.Results For the scores of nursing students ' comprehensive clinical ability,they were highly correlated( r =0. 557 - 0. 803,P 〈0. 05) between SC assessment and head nurse evaluation or between SC assessment and student' teacher evaluation in total scores,professional ability scores and methods of handling the problem ability scores,but uncorrelated in social ability( r = 0. 026,0. 051,P 〉0. 05). Conclusions The form SC evaluation for nursingstudents' clinical comprehensive ability are accurate and effective especially in professional competence and methods of handling the problem ability,but for the evaluation of the social capability needs to be improved.
