摘　　要：国防特色高校具有国防优势学科、专业和研究方向,是科技创新的重要力量。以河北省国防特色高校为例,研究其优势科研力量有效整合,建构各方密切合作的协同创新模式,为最大限度发挥国防特色高校的科研优势,完善高校创新驱动发展战略,实现科技创新体系的持续发展提供战略意见。With advanced subject ,specialty and research direction ,National Defense Character Universities is an integral part of the innovation system .Taking National Defense Character Universities of Hebei Prov‐ince as example ,the article analyses how to give full play to the advantages by Means of integrating force supportive and co‐constructing cooperating closely ,and tries to offer a new thinking of science and technol‐ogy innovation system of Sustainable Development .
