低碳经济下我国参与国际外包竞争力评价

摘　　要：21世纪以来,随着全球变暖的日益加剧,人们节能减排的意识不断提高,低碳经济成为了时代经济发展的主题。国际外包中的服务性产业因具有明显的低碳特性,在低碳经济背景下备受关注。采用层次分析法,就各因素对我国外包竞争力的影响程度进行了评价,以便为我国在今后采取相应的对策提供依据。Since the 21st century ,with the increasing of global warming ,people＆#39;s consciousness of energy conservation and emissions reduction increased obviously ,low carbon economy has become the subject of the era of economic development .And due to that the service industries belonging to international out‐sourcing have obvious low‐carbon characteristics ,under the background of low‐carbon economy ,it be‐comes a major concern .By using the analytic hierarchy process （ahp） ,this article evaluated the influence degree of various factors on the competitiveness of outsourcing in China ,so as to provide the basis for our country to take relevant countermeasures in the future .
