神经语法程序学视域下的大学新生心理适应及调整

摘　　要：大学新生是高校学生工作的一个特殊的群体对象,他们刚刚进入大学,在学习、生活、人际关系等方面容易产生各种不适应。通过NLP神经语法程序学,基于大学新生心理不适应的现状,探讨新生心理适应及调适的途径,以帮助大学新生更好地适应大学生活,更加健康、积极地成长。Freshmen students are a special group in university for college student＇s affair work ,because they do not adapt to college life ,study and interrelationship .This article explores the solution to psychological adaptation and adjustment ,based on the status quo for maladjustment of freshmen students from the per‐spective of Neuro‐Linguistic Programming Theory ,to help them better adapt to college life and grow up more healthily and positively .
