基于模糊综合评价法的高校特殊女教工职业倦怠影响因素研究——以皖北高校为例

摘　　要：高校特殊女教工是职业倦怠的高发人群。通过对皖北部分高校特殊女教工的问卷调查,结合与普通女教工职业倦怠的平均值与标准差比较,以及对不同工龄、婚姻状况及学历等情况下特殊女教工职业倦怠四维度之间的数据分析,可以看出高校特殊女教工比普通女教工存在更严重的职业倦怠。利用模糊综合评价法构建高校特殊女教工职业倦怠影响因素模型。研究结果表明,特定生理是其产生的最主要原因。University special female faculty is at a high risk of job burnout with its relatively special causes.According to the survey on special female faculty in Huaibei Normal University,Fuyang Teachers’College,Suzhou University in Northern Anhui,the data about mean and standard deviation,different working years and marital status and educational level on four dimensions will be compared to draw the conclusion that special female faculty’s job burnout is more serious than ordinary women’s.Fuzzy synthesis estimate method will be used to establish the factor model of special female faculty’s job burnout and special physiology is the most important factor.
