摘　　要：目的探讨酪氨酸蛋白磷酸酶样A结构域2(PTPLAD2)基因产物表达与食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法分析了213例ESCC标本中PTPLAD2基因产物表达情况和定位,并对其进行了术后5 a随访。结果 PTPLAD2主要定位在细胞膜,且其在正常鳞状上皮中表达较高(54.0%),而在ESCC组织中低表达(16.0%),对PTPLAD2的表达与ESCC患者临床病理特征关系分析结果显示,在有淋巴结转移和预后差的ESCC病例中低表达;PTPLAD2在ESCC中的表达与ESCC的浸润、转移及分化程度均相关(P<0.05);PTPLAD2表达可作为ESCC患者预后独立指标。结论 PTPLAD2在ESCC中的表达与食管癌的发生发展、浸润转移和预后密切相关,PTPLAD2可能是ESCC发生相关的新的潜在抑癌基因,可作为临床预测浸润转移和估计预后的一个重要参考指标。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of protein tyrosine phosphatase-like A domain containing 2（ PTPLAD2） and clinicopathological features and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ ESCC）.Methods The expression and localization of PTPLAD2 in 213 ESCC specimens were analyzed by immunohistochemistry SP method,and the patients were followed up for five years after operation. Results The PTPLAD2 mainly located in the cell membrane. The expression of PTPLAD2 in normal squamous epithelium was higher（54. 0%）,but in ESCC tissue was lower（16.0%）. The expression of PTPLAD2 was lower in with lymph nodes metastasis and poor prognosis patients（P〈0.05）. The expression of PTPLAD2 was related to the depth of tumor invasion,metastasis,and differentiation level（P〈0. 05）. The expression of PTPLAD2 could be used as an independent prognostic indicator in patients with ESCC. Conclusion The expression of PTPLAD2 in ESCC has closely correlation with the develop,invasion,metastasis and prognosis of esophageal cancer. PTPLATD2 may be a new potential tumor suppressor gene of ESCC. PTPLATD2 can be as an important reference index in predicting the invasion,metastasis and prognosis of esophageal cancer.
