摘　　要：对锥篮式离心过滤机工作中存在的问题进行了具体分析和研究。通过加装空气源反向清洗喷嘴以及对主轴传动系统的改造,实现了对锥篮式离心过滤系统的优化,延长了过滤网的寿命,提高了锥篮式离心过滤机的过滤效果。The thesis makes a concrete analysis and study of the problems existed in the work about cone basket centrifugal filter.Through adding the cleaning nozzle with air-source in reverse transformation and the alterations of the spindle drive system,the optimization of cone basket centrifugal filtration system is achieved.It does not only extend the life of the filter but also improve the filtering effect of the cone basket centrifugal filter.
