摘 要:研究航班延误所引起的机场航班调整优化问题.在对航班延误所引起的多方决策主体分析的基础上,建立了包括乘客损失、机场运营成本增加、航空公司经济损失在内的加权和最小化的机场航班优化调整模型,采用遗传算法优化求解.具体机场的仿真实验表明该方法能快速实现航班调度动态更新,调整的方案能兼顾到乘客、机场和航空公司各方利益,使机场具有较好的综合服务水平,证明了该思想与方法的正确性与可行性.The optimization of updating airport scheduling upon flight delays was studied. Based on the multi-agent analysis arising by flight delays, a model of optimized updating scheduling for airport flight was established to minimize the weight sum, which includes the loss &passengers, the increasing operation cost of airport, and the loss of airline corporations. Genetic algorithm was adopted in the optimization course for solution. The simulation result of the concrete airport indicates that the goal of dynamic updating rapidly flight scheduling is realized, the interests of passengers, airport, and airline corporations are taken into account, and the airport has a better synthetic service level by choosing the method. And it thus proves the feasibility of the method.
