带环固定根管治疗后折裂乳磨牙的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察根管治疗后折裂的乳磨牙经带环固定后的临床治疗效果。方法对68颗根管治疗后的折裂乳磨牙即刻进行带环粘接固定,分别于半年,1年,2年后复查,评价劈裂牙咀嚼功能和带环固定情况。结果 68颗折裂乳磨牙经带环固定半年后,6颗患牙牙龈处出现窦道,固定1年和2年后分别共有9颗和14颗出现窦道,其余折裂乳磨牙固定后咀嚼功能良好,带环无脱落。结论带环粘接固定根管治疗后折裂的乳磨牙效果较为理想。Objective To observe the treatment effects of band-fixation on fractured primary molars after root canal treatment. Methods 68 fractured primary molars after root canal treatment were band- fixed and re- examined in 6 months,1year and 2 years to evaluate the masticatory function and band- fixed situation. Results After band- fixation for 6 months,1 year and 2 years,sinus tract was seen on tooth gum in 6,9 and 14 suffering teeth,respectively. Others had good masticatory function and there was no loss of band. Conclusion Band- fixation has good curative effects on fractured primary molars after root canal treatment.
