多曲方丝弓技术结合微种植支抗治疗骨性开的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析多曲方丝弓技术结合微种植支抗矫治骨性开的治疗效果。方法:选择2008年1月至2012年12月接受正畸治疗的Ⅱ类高角开患者11例,使用多曲方丝弓技术结合唇、腭侧微种植支抗进行正畸治疗,对治疗结果进行分析。结果:多曲方丝弓技术结合微种植支抗能够对后牙产生实质性的压低,SN-MP减小,MP-FH减小,治疗后患者的各项角度测量值接近于恒牙期正常值。结论:多曲方丝弓技术结合微种植支抗可以快速有效地矫正开,患者面型有不同程度的改善。Objective：To evaluate the treatment effect of the combination use of multiloop edgewise arch wire（MEAW）techinique and microimplant anchorage on the treatment of skeletal open bite.Methods：Eleven patients surfered with Skeletal ClassⅡ malocclusion and open bite during Jan2008 to Dec 2012 were treated with MEAW techinique and microimplant anchorage,and the outcomes were analysed.Results：After treatment,posterior teeth intrusion were gained.SN-MP and MP-FH were all decreased,and measurements of their teeth from various angles were more close to the normal permanent teeth.Conclusion：Skeletal open bite could be effectively corrected and the appearance of the patients can be improved to some degree by the combination treatment of MEAW technique and microimplant anchorage.
