摘  要:目的:分析多曲方丝弓技术结合微种植支抗矫治骨性开的治疗效果。方法:选择2008年1月至2012年12月接受正畸治疗的Ⅱ类高角开患者11例,使用多曲方丝弓技术结合唇、腭侧微种植支抗进行正畸治疗,对治疗结果进行分析。结果:多曲方丝弓技术结合微种植支抗能够对后牙产生实质性的压低,SN-MP减小,MP-FH减小,治疗后患者的各项角度测量值接近于恒牙期正常值。结论:多曲方丝弓技术结合微种植支抗可以快速有效地矫正开,患者面型有不同程度的改善。Objective:To evaluate the treatment effect of the combination use of multiloop edgewise arch wire(MEAW)techinique and microimplant anchorage on the treatment of skeletal open bite.Methods:Eleven patients surfered with Skeletal ClassⅡ malocclusion and open bite during Jan2008 to Dec 2012 were treated with MEAW techinique and microimplant anchorage,and the outcomes were analysed.Results:After treatment,posterior teeth intrusion were gained.SN-MP and MP-FH were all decreased,and measurements of their teeth from various angles were more close to the normal permanent teeth.Conclusion:Skeletal open bite could be effectively corrected and the appearance of the patients can be improved to some degree by the combination treatment of MEAW technique and microimplant anchorage.
