隔姜灸联合腹部熨烫促进直肠癌保肛术后胃肠道功能恢复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨隔姜灸联合腹部熨烫促进直肠癌保肛术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效。方法将60例直肠癌保肛术后患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组在常规疗法治疗的基础上联合应用隔姜灸神阙穴和足三里及促动散腹部熨烫,对照组单纯应用常规疗法治疗,3 d后对比观察两组疗效。结果两组疗效对比,观察组患者术后胃肠道功能恢复有效率较对照组患者高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者首次出现肠鸣音时间、首次肛门排气时间及腹胀评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔姜灸神阙穴、足三里联合促动散腹部熨烫能加强术后胃肠道蠕动,显著促进直肠癌保肛术后胃肠道功能的早期恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ginger moxibustion combined with ironing abdomen on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with rectal cancer after sphincter preserving operation .Methods The 60 rectal cancer patients who had completed sphincter preserving operation were divided into observation group and control group according to the random digits table method, 30 cases each.The observation group was treated by routine method combined with ginger moxibustion on acupuncture points Shenque and Zusanli, and ironing abdomen with Cudong powder.The control group was treated by routine method only .Therapeutic effect was observed compara-tively 3 days later.Results Comparing therapeutic effect , the effective rate of postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function for the observation group is higher than that of the control group , and the difference has statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）;The differences between the two groups in the time of first appeared bowel sounds , first anal exhaust time and bloa-ting score are significant statistically （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Treatment ofginger moxibustion on acupuncture points Shenque and Zusanli combined with ironing abdomen with Cudong powder can enhance postoperative gastrointestinal motility and remarkably promote early stage gastrointestinal function recovery after sphincter preserving operation for rectal cancer .
