摘　　要：结合生物化学的教学实践,应用启发性教学,探索出适合该课程的教与学的方法:以学生为主体,创建自由轻松平等的教学环境,全面调动其学习兴趣及求知欲望;精心设计每一节课尤其讲好第一堂课;引导学生采用天盘法有效合理地记笔记;教与学达到和谐统一,提高教学效果。Combining with teaching practice of biochemistry,putting the creative teaching in to good use,thus, seeking for a method of reaching and learning suitable for this course:build a relaxed teaching environment of equal-ity and freedom based on the student- oriented education and motivate their interest in learning and desire to knowledge,get ready for every well- designed class,especially first class and instruct learners to take notes produc-tively with Heaven Plate method. Consequently,achieve harmony and unity of teaching and learning and enhance the teaching effect.
