摘　　要：伴随着健康卡、社保卡、市民卡等在我国医疗卫生行业的普遍应用,原有医疗卫生信息系统需要进行改造、对接以适应新的需求,而终端设备驱动程序的多样性,则进一步增加了各医疗机构信息接入的成本。此外,绑定银行账户、结合金融功能的健康卡等,更加需要通过区域卫生信息平台的对接,实现各医疗机构基于单一线路同多家银行的金融结算功能,以此降低线路租赁的费用。本文基于区域卫生信息平台,构建一套经济适用、功能强大得多卡读写系统,并为我国的健康卡等项目建设提供借鉴。With the widespread application of the chip cards used in public health, previous medical ＆ health information system need to be redesigned so that it can meet new business requirements and residents＇needs. However, diversity of the terminal device driver has increased the cost of information access to each medical institution. In addition, the chip cards, which have combined with the bank accounts and other financial functions, should be connected to the regional health information platform so that it can reduce the cost of leased lines, for each medical institution has performed the financial clearing functions with a number of banks just using one line. Based on the regional health information platform, we propose to construct an affordable and powerful R＆W system for a variety of chip cards, and provide reference to the other chip card projects.
