摘　　要：基于医院信息系统平台构建的医院传染病疫情报告系统在传染病监测和防控体系中发挥着越来越重要的作用,医院信息系统数据库包括电子病例的文本数据库、时间数据库和时间序列数据库亦在日趋完善。本研究从医院信息系统中的数据出发,简要介绍基于医院信息的数据挖掘常用方法。Infectious disease surveillance system that based on the hospital information system plays an increasingly important role. Hospital information system includes the information in the format of electronic text of patient-related information, time and time-series. Starting from the data stored in the hospital information system, this article briefly introduced some data-mining methods.
