国家战略视角下兰州城市空间格局的战略重构

摘　　要：今后30-50年,无论从国家政策导向还是从区域资源特色而言,我国西部城市必将承担起带动西部地区整体崛起这一国家战略目标的历史使命。通过分析我国西部地区典型的特大河谷型城市——兰州在推进东西合作与双向开放、保障国家资源安全和生态安全、增强民族团结等方面所承担的任务,充分考虑城市空间在快速扩张和重构中面临的用地限制、产业空间重置、生态环境约束等特殊矛盾,从都市区、市域、中心城区三个层面提出了未来30年兰州城市空间格局重构的战略方案,并对城市生态、文化空间的建设进行了探讨,认为兰州在城市空间重构进程中应重点关注水资源短缺、高效交通网络体系建设、多元产业体系构建等关键问题。In the next 30-50 years Lanzhou,which will assume the rise of western region,is a national historical goal.Through the analysis on the national mission and strategic goals of Lanzhou city,and with the consideration of special conflicts such as land use restriction,industry space reconstruction,environment restriction i.e.,in the rapid expansion and reconstruction period,this article proposes the strategic plan for Lanzhou city in terms of the levels of the metropolitan area,city area,and center city.The environment and culture space are also discussed.In addition,the article believes that institution innovation,Yellow River culture city,and effective transportation network system will become focus in the future of Lanzhou city.
