羊膜移植与自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的羊膜移植与自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效比较。方法将114例(131眼)随机分成A和B两组。A组53例(59眼)行翼状胬肉切除+羊膜移植术,B组61例(72眼)行翼状胬肉切除+自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后随访6-24个月,观察两组疗效并进行回顾性分析。结果 A组10眼复发,复发率为16.95%,B组6眼复发,复发率为8.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组复发率明显高于B组。结论翼状胬肉切除+自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,此手术取材方便、成功率高;而翼状胬肉切除+羊膜移植术,手术耗材、成功率明显较自体角膜缘干细胞移植术低。Objetive To compare the clinical effects of amniotic membrane graft and corneal limbal stem cell autologous transplantation in pterygium excision. Methods A total of 114 cases（131 eyes） were randomly separated to A and B groups. A group containing 53 cases（59 eyes） was treated by pterygium excision with amniotic membrane graft. B group containing 61 cases（72 eyes） was treated by pterygium excision with corneal limbal stem cell autologous transplantation. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results The recurrence rate was 16.95% in A group（10 eyes） and 8.33% in B group（6 eyes）,（P〈0.05）,The recurrence rate for A group was significantly higher than B group. Conclusion Pterygium surgery with corneal limbal stem cell autologous transplantation had fewer recurrences and is convenient; amniotic membrane graft had a higher recurrence rate than corneal limbal stem cell autolgous transplantation and quite consumable.
