摘　　要：运用光学体视框估计免疫组织化学染色阳性结构(粒子)的数量需要较厚的石蜡包埋切片;对于这样的切片,其染色深度和防脱片是制片、染色过程中需要特别注意的问题。本文介绍了我们运用大鼠脊髓厚石蜡切片的免疫组化染色与防脱片的经验体会。Thick paraffin - embedded sections are needed to estimate the number of immunohistochemical- ly positive structures （panicles） using the optical diseetor. With such sections special attention should be paid to the intensity of staining and prevention of section detachment in sectioning and staining. In this pa- per we present our experience of the immunohistochemical staining and prevention of detachment of thick paraffin sections of the rat spinal cord.
