摘 要:肝脏动态增强磁共振(dynamic contrastenhanced magnetic resonance,DCE-MR)成像技术是一种新兴的技术,可评价肝组织及肿瘤的灌注及血管特征,用于多种弥漫性及局灶性肝脏病变,在肝恶性肿瘤血管靶向治疗中的应用价值尤其明显.本文将介绍肝脏DCE-MR半定量分析技术、常见定量分析的模型、常用对比剂并重点综述其在血管靶向治疗中的临床应用.Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance (DCE-MR) imaging of the liver as a trendy tech- nique can be applied in various kinds of liver dis- eases to evaluate perfiasion and vascular character- istics of liver tissue and tumor. It has been proved that DCE-MR imaging plays an important role in the treatment of liver malignancies with vascular targeting agents. This review aims to give an over- view of DCE-MR imaging of the liver in terms of semi-quantitative analysis methods, common quan- titative analysis models and contrast agents and discuss its application value in the treatment of liver malignancies with vascular targeting agents.
