摘　　要：目的探讨p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法免疫组化结合组织微阵列检测p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E蛋白在48例非小细胞肺癌和9例非癌肺组织中的表达。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E蛋白阳性表达率均高于非癌肺组织(P<0.05,P<0.001);有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌组织中,p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E蛋白阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移的肺癌(P<0.05,P<0.01)。其他肺腺癌p-eIF4E蛋白阳性表达率明显高于肺鳞癌(P<0.01);Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌p-Mnk1蛋白的阳性表达率高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肺癌(P<0.05);非小细胞肺癌组织中,p-Mnk1与p-eIF4E蛋白呈显著正相关(r=0.514,P<0.01)。结论p-Mnk1和p-eIF4E共同表达可能在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展和侵袭转移过程中起重要作用,可能成为非小细胞肺癌诊治新的分子靶标。Objective To study the expression of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E and their clinical significance in the non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.Methods Expression of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E was detected in tissue array including 48 cases of NSCLC and 9 cases of non-cancerous control lung tissues by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The positive expression of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E in NSCLC was significantly higher than that of non-cancerous control lung （P =0.037,P =0.001）.There was significantly higher positive expression of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E in the NSCLC with lymph node metastases than that of NSCLC without lymph node metastases （P =0.038,P =0.003）.Also,there was significantly higher positive expression of p-eIF4E in the lung adenocarcinoma than that of in the squamous cell cancer （P =0.006）,and the expression of p-eIF4E was significantly correlated with clinical stages of NSCLC （P =0.038）.In addition,there was a significantly positive correlation between the expression of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E in NSCLC （r =0.514,P ＜0.01）.Conclusion The abnormal co-expression of p-Mnk1 and p-eIF4E may be related to tumorgenesis,development,invasion and metastasis of NSCLC,and p-eIF4E and p-Mnk1 may act as the new molecular targets for the diagnosis and therapy of NSCLC.
