胃癌患者血清miR-92a的表达水平及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌患者血清miR-92a的表达及其临床意义.方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测100例胃癌患者及100例健康人血清中miR-92a的表达水平,分析胃癌和健康对照者血清中miR-92a表达差异及其与胃癌临床病理参数的关系.结果:胃癌患者血清中miR-92a的表达水平(4.58±0.53)显著高于健康对照者(4.14±0.41),P=0.002,其对胃癌诊断的敏感度和特异度分别为64.0%和82.0%;在100例胃癌患者中,血清miR-92a表达水平与性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度无关(P=0.221,0.656,0.051),而与肿瘤淋巴结/远处转移、临床分期及患者的生存期有关(P=0.000,0.010,0.008,0.024).结论:血清miR-92a的检测可能有助于胃癌的诊断和预后评估.AIM： To investigate the abnormal expression of miR-92 a in serum of gastric cancer patients and to assess its clinical significance. METHODS： The expression of miR-92 a in serum of 100 gastric cancer patients and 100 normal controls was detected by real-time quantitative PCR. The correlation between miR-92 a expression and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer was analyzed. RESULTS： The expression level of miR-92 a in serum of gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls（4.58 ± 0.53 vs 4.14 ± 0.41, P = 0.002）. For detecting gastric cancer, the area under the receiver operating characteristic（ROC） curve of miR-92 a was 0.737, with a sensitivity of 64.0% and a specificity of82.0%. Serum miR-92 a expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, clinical stage and survival duration（P = 0.000, 0.010, 0.008, 0.024）, but not with sex, age or tumor differentiation（P = 0.221, 0.656, 0.051）. CONCLUSION： Serum miR-92 a testing may be helpful in the diagnosis and evaluation of prognosis of gastric cancer.
