高职院校开设太极推手课程的可行性研究

摘　　要：文章采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对高职院校开设太极推手课程的可行性进行了探讨与分析。研究认为在高职院校已经具有开设太极推手课程的软硬件条件,同时开设太极推手课程不仅有利于太极拳及太极推手运动的推广与发展,有利于弘扬民族传统文化,同时还可以丰富师生课外锻炼项目,有利于学生终身体育习惯的形成。This paper, with the methods of hterature, questionnaire survey and other research methods, discusses and analyzes the feasibihty on offering course of Taiji pushing hands in higher vocational colleges. The research finds that higher vocational colleges have the software and hardware conditions to offering course of Taiji pushing hands, at the same time, the course is not only conducive to the promotion and development of Taijiquan and Taiji pushing hands, is conducive to the promotion of the national traditional culture, also can enrich students extra-curricular training project, is beneficial to form the habit of lifelong sports students.
