摘 要:Toll样受体(TLRs)是广泛表达于哺乳动物细胞的跨膜受体,是机体抵抗外界病原微生物入侵的屏障,也是天然免疫应答与获得免疫应答的桥梁。TLR9为TLRs成员之一,在机体产生炎症和肿瘤时表达明显增加,与炎症的严重程度及肿瘤的恶性程度有一定的相关性。TLR9模式识别外来病原体和机体产生的一些自身物质,进而激活髓系分化蛋白88依赖性信号通路,使机体产生免疫应答而参与炎症和肿瘤的发生、发展。所以,TLR9有可能成为新的治疗靶点以控制炎症和肿瘤的发展。Toll like receptors( TLRs) are transmembrane receptors which express widely in cells of mammals. They are barriers for protecting the body from pathogenic microorganism invading,and also the connection of innate immune response and adaptive immune response. TLR9 is a member of TLRs. The expression of TLR9 is significantly increased when there is inflammation or tumor in vivo. The TLR9 expression level has a certain degree of correlation with the severity of inflammation and malignant tumors. TLR9 pattern recognizes the foreign pathogens and someself-generated substance,and then activates myeloid differentiation primary response protein 88-dependent signaling pathway,enabling the body to produce an immune response and to participate in the development of inflammation and tumors. Therefore,TLR9 may become a new therapeutic target to control inflammation and tumor development.
