摘　　要：修复体的边缘密合度是评价修复体修复效果的重要指标,也是评估修复体能否长期为患者服务的重要因素。随着人们生活水平的提高,对修复的舒适和功能有了更高的要求,固定修复技术也进入了快速发展阶段。目前对固定修复体的研究大多是在机械性能、固位力、对牙周组织的影响、金瓷结合机制等方面,而关于固定修复体边缘密和度的研究较少。该文就固定修复体边缘密和度的影响因素、测量方法及研究现状予以综述。Interfacial integrity is the key to evaluate the effect of the prosthetic and an important factor to assess if the prosthetic can work for the patient for long. With the development of the people＇s living,the requirement for comfort and function of the restorations is getting higher,so the fixed restoration technology is stepping into the rapid developing period. Right now,the studies about the fixed prosthetic are mostly about their mechanical function,retention force,the effect on periodontium,gold-porcelain combination mechanism and so on. However,the research about the interfacial integrity of the fixed prosthetic is still insufficient. Here is to make a review of the interfacial integrity of the fixed prosthetic on its influential factors,measurements and its current study status.
