摘 要:目的:探讨乳腺癌患者血清胸腺嘧啶核苷激酶1(TK1)水平与乳腺癌TNM分期及化疗疗效的关系。方法:收集68例乳腺癌患者,于化疗前检测患者血清TK1水平并进行TNM分期,化疗第二个周期完成后四周评定疗效。结果:不同TNM分期的乳腺癌患者,其血清TK1水平也不相同(P<0.01),两者呈正相关(r=0.64,P<0.01);疗效评定显示完全缓解(CR)1例、部分缓解(PR)39例、稳定(SD)21例和进展(PD)7例,SD患者血清TK1水平高于化疗有效(CR+PR)的患者(P<0.01),PD的患者高于SD患者(P=0.01)。结论:血清TK1水平与乳腺癌的TNM分期相关,并可作为患者化疗预后的独立预测指标。Objective:To explore the significance of serum thymidine kinase 1 (TK1), and find out its relationship with TNM classification and prognostic significance of chemotherapeutic efficacy in breast carcinoma. Methods:Prior to chemotherapy , the serum TK1 levels and TNM classifications were detected in 68 patients with breast carcinoma. After two cycles chemotherapy, evaluated the curative effect. Results:Different TNM classifications have different serum TK1 levels (P〈0.01),which was positive relation (r=0.64,P〈0.01). The results showed that 1 cases of CR, 39 cases of PR, 21 cases of SD and 7 cases of PD. The levels of serum TK1 in SD were significantly higher than CP+PR, and PD more higher than SD (P〈0.01). Conclusion:The levels of serum TK1 have relation to TNM classification, and it is a independent prognostic factors of chemotherapy in breast carcinoma.
