摘　　要：刘少奇提出了防止和克服党"脱离群众"的思想,阐明了"脱离群众"的危害,归纳了"脱离群众"的原因,指出了防止"脱离群众"的办法。这些思想对我们今天正确处理党群关系、克服"脱离群众危险"有着重要的启示和借鉴作用。Liu Shaoqi put forward the thought of preventing CPC from the alienation from the masses, expounding the harms of the alienation,summarizing the contributing factors resulted in the alienation and proposing out the measures for preventing the alienation. This thought has to date its significant realistic implications for CPC to correctly handle the relationship between the masses and itself and overcome the risk of the alienation.
