摘 要:目的应用微型营养评定简法(MNA-SF)调查我院老年住院患者的营养状况,并观察营养不良患者给予营养干预的效果。方法随机抽取我院65岁以上住院患者400例,对他们进行MNA-SF评估。入组患者按营养不良、有营养不良风险及正常营养状况分组,并对营养不良组进行营养干预。结果 MNA-SF调查显示,营养不良72例(18.0%),有营养不良风险206例(51.5%),正常营养状况122例(30.5%)。其中营养不良组白蛋白、总蛋白及前白蛋白低于正常营养状况组和有营养不良风险组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年住院患者营养不良及有营养不良风险的发生率较高,通过MNA-SF可较早发现老年患者的营养不良风险并尽早进行干预。MNA-SF是一种适合于老年患者营养状况评价的简单易行的方法。Objective To evaluate the nutritional status of hospitalized elderly patients in our hospital with the mini nutritional assessment short-form (MNA-SF), and to conduct nutritional intervention to those malnourished. Methods Total 400 hospitalized patients aged 65 or older were randomly selected and assessed with MNA-SF. Those patients were grouped into three categories based on the scores of MNA-SF: normal nutritional status, at risk for malnutrition and malnourished. Results There were 72 (18.0%) malnourished patients, 206 patients (51.5%) at risk of malnutrition, and 122 patients (30.5 %) normal nutrition. The level of albumin, total protein and prealbumin in the malnourished group were significantly lower than those in the normal nutritional status group and at risk for malnutrition group (P〈0.05). Conclusion elderly hospitalized patients have high risk for malnutrition and malnourishment. MNA-SF can be an easy and effective way to identify those patients followed by appropriate interventions.
