摘　　要：通过对中石化重庆公司在运用ERP的过程中,探索企业在管理中存在的问题;阐述了ERP的定义、系统组成和主要特点;系统分析了ERP管理在中国石化重庆公司的发展历程;并就ERP管理应用中的成效进行了研究,如实现财务集权管理,账期得到统一控制;实现事前预算控制,降本压费见成效;优化库存结构、资源统筹得到平衡;销售管理信息化,市场份额不断提升等;充分实现了在财务管理、业务管理及风险防范等应用上效果得到显著的提高,管理水平得到进一步提升。By exploring the problem in enterprise management in the process of ERP application to Chongqing BranCh of Sinopec, this paper unravels the definition, systematic composition and main features of ERP, systematically analyzes the development historic process of ERP management in Chongqing Branch of Sinopec, and studies the achievements in the application of ERP management, such as the implementation of centralized management of fiscal affairs, uniform control of payment term, implementation of budget control in advance, effect on cost and fees reduction, stock structure optimization, overall resources balance, informationalized marketing management, market share enlargement and so on. Therefore, the application of ERP management significantly improves the effect on fiscal affairs management, business management, and risk prevention and so on and further raises the management level.
