摘 要:高校评价制度的行政化与量化严重束缚了青年教师的自由发展并使科研与教学相分裂。量化的考评体系和物化的科研激励机制引发了部分青年学者的学术不端行为,特别是精神世界的物化使他们丧失了学术使命感与社会责任感。高校领导层应该转变思维方式,对科研与教学体制进行改革,并与教师之间形成良好的平等合作关系:一方面为青年教师创造宽松自由的发展环境,推进学术批判精神和学术道德的重建;另一方面重塑学术科研与教书育人的尊严,使青年教师处理好科研、教学、生活三者之间的关系。Administrative and quantitative trend of university evaluation system seriously constrain young teachers free development and cause the division of research and teaching. Quantitative assessment system and materialization of the research incentive mechanism triggered some young scholars' academic misconduct and materialized their spiritual world,especially the loss of their academic moral sense and social responsibility. It's time for the university management to change the thought and reform scientific research and teaching system to establish a good and equal cooperating relationship. For one thing,the free environment for developing is to be established. For another,the dignity of academic research and teaching is also to be remolded to help young teachers explore a fine relationship among research,teaching and life.
