摘　　要：随着创业板上市,成长性企业异军突起,纷纷涌现于河北省众多企业当中。相较于成长性差的公司,成长性好的企业便于资源的节省,创建出新型产品或服务,并且有利于经济的高增长。然而,成长性较好的企业代理现象更为严重,经营者行为透明度较差,故而,要从更强程度上的激励与监督成长性较好的企业经营者。With the GEM listing,growth enterprises,which suddenly rise as a new force,have emerged in many enterprises in Hebei province. Compared with the lower growth companies,some fast growing companies save for resources,create new products or services,and have the good effect on the growth of economy. However,the agency problems of the growth enterprises are more serious,the transparency is poor. Therefore,the growth enterprises have the greater degree of incentive and supervision on operators.
