滋养肝肾联合平肝清热法对年龄相关性白内障术后泪膜功能影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察滋养肝肾联合平肝清热法对年龄相关性白内障患者术后泪膜功能的影响.方法 将年龄相关性白内障病例60例（60只眼）,按1：1随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组内服滋养肝肾中成药益视片,术后联合服用平肝清热中成药明目片,对照组为空白组.两组均常规使用白内障围手术期抗炎治疗.对比两组术眼的干眼相关症状指标.结果 术后1周及1月时,治疗组的干眼相关症状、泪液分泌量及泪膜破裂时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.说明治疗组在以上三项指标的恢复调节方面,病程较对照组为短,疗效较对照组为优.结论 滋养肝肾联合平肝清热法治疗术前辨证为肝肾两亏的年龄相关性白内障患者术后由肝热上扰引起的泪膜功能紊乱具有一定的疗效.Objective To observe the nourishing liver and kidney combined with antipyretic method for tear film function post age-related cataract extraction. Methods 60 cases of age-related cataract （60 eyes） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated with orally Chinese medicine of nourishing liver and kidney, and combined with antipyretic therapy post cataract extraction. The control group was blank. Both groups were use anti-inflammatory reatment routinely in perioperative period. The indicates of dry eye symdrome were observed. Results At 1 week and 1 month postoperative, the dry eye symptoms, tear secretion and appears burst time in treatment group were superior to control group, the difference was statistical significant （P^0. 05）. Conclusion Nourishing liver and kidney combined with antipyretic treatment has some effect for tear film dysfunction post cataract extraction in the patients with liver and kidney deficiency.
