联合入路手术治疗哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨额颞联合颞下人路手术切除哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析2010～2014年我科15例开颅手术治疗哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料。结果11例患者肿瘤全切，4例患者次全切，术后无严重并发症。结论额颞人路联合颞下人路利于病灶全切，可较大程度的保护脑组织。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of frontotemporal combined with infratemporal surgical approach for dumbbell - shaped trigeminal neurinoma schwannoma. Methods Clinical data of 15 patients with dumbbell -shaped trigeminal neurinoma schwannoma undergoing craniotomy from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed in this study. Results 11 patients underwent total resection and 4 patients underwent subtotal resection with no serious postoperative complications. Conclusion Frontotemporal combined with infratemporal surgical approach is good for total resection,which can protect brain tissue to a greater degree.
