摘　　要：目的探讨以高热为主要症状的肾癌的诊治方法。方法报道1例以高热为主要症状的肾癌患者的临床资料，结合相关文献进行讨论。结果经B超及CT检查，并行肾脏穿刺活检证实为肾癌，后在全麻腹腔镜下行右。肾癌根治性切除术，术后未出现类似术前高热症状。病理证实为右肾透明细胞癌。结论以高热为主要症状的肾癌较少见，临床上易误诊及忽视，对某些原因不明及治疗效果不好的高热，应考虑有肾癌的可能性。Objective To investigate diagnosis and treatment of renal carcinoma with hyperpyrexia as main symptom. Methods The clinical data of one patient with renal carcinoma with hyperpyrexia as the main symptoms was reported and discussed. Results Renal carcinoma was confirmed by preoperatively B uhrasound and CT examination and renal puncture biopsy. Radical resection was performed under general anesthesia with laparoscopy. No hyperpyrexia occurred after operation. Right renal clear cell carcinoma was confirmed by pathology. Conclusion Renal carcinoma with hyperpyrexia as main symptom is rare and easy to he misdiagnosed as well as neglected. The possibility of renal carcinoma should be considered for hyperpyrexia with unknown etiology and bad therapeutic effect.
