摘　　要：高校加强创新人才培养,必须创新教育理念和人才培养模式。针对我校农业机械化及其自动化专业"卓越工程师"培养目标,构建相适应的实践教学体系,完善实践教学保障体系,提高学生创新能力和综合实践能力,是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级复合型人才保证。It is necessary to innovate the education concept and training model to strengthen the innovative personnel training.For the ＂ Excellent Engineers＂ training objectives of our university＇s agricultural mechanization and automation specialty,build adaptive practical teaching system,improve the practice teaching security system,improve students＇ innovative ability and comprehensive practical ability are the ways to develop advanced composite talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
