摘　　要：介绍智能电池传感器IBS的理论模型及策略算法,依据理论模型及策略算法实现IBS的开发和在车辆上的应用。The theoretical model and the strategy algorithm of the sensor IBS for smart battery are introduced here and the development of IBS and its application on vehicles are realized based on the model and the algorithm.
