摘 要:分析了磁性液体液滴在对称梯度磁场中的受力特性,阐明了倾角测量原理,设计了传感和信号处理电路,并进行了实验台架的搭建和灵敏度、分辨率的初步测试.最后,对产生误差的几种因素进行了分析.结果表明,磁性液体用于倾角测量是可行的,为后续可能的样机研制奠定了基础.This paper focused on the research of static inclination measurement using magnetic fluids.First,the force analysis was performed when the magnetic fluid drop was in the symmetrical gradient magnetic field to explore the inclination measurement principle.Then,the circuit for sense and signal process was designed and a test bench was built to measure the sensibility,the range and the resolution.Finally,some factors that affect the uncertainty of the sensor were discussed.The test results verify the validity of magnetic fluid drop as transducing function mediums,which lays a foundation for the sensing and actuating devices.
